Bookings are normally for a two-hour period in the morning or afternoon. However, many schools book for two sessions to make a full day visit. Please help us by booking well in advance.

Please note that during the last week of November and the whole of December, we only take bookings for Christmas sessions which are designed for SEND schools and groups only.
If you would like to make a booking during the school holidays - please do contact us for availability as these dates are not shown on our live calendar.
To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book a minimum of four weeks in advance of your intended visit. This helps us to put together a team of staff/volunteers best suited to your chosen activity.
Cost of the visit
For mainstream school groups the cost of a two-hour activity session is £135.
For specialist schools and community groups the cost is £5 per person.
You will be invoiced after your trip[s].
Please make cheques payable to 'the Holly Lodge Centre'. In the event of a cancellation with less than seven days' notice a charge of 50% of the anticipated total activity fee will be charged.
